Childhood disease unlikely to have killed Travolta’s son, say docs

Doctors say that the childhood illness that Oscar-winning Hollywood star John Travolta’s son Jett had been suffering from, scientifically called Kawasaki disease, could not be blamed for his death because it was unlikely to cause the boy’s reported seizure.

"Seizures are not part of Kawasaki disease," the New York Daily News quoted Dr. Stanford Shulman, a specialist in the disease at Northwestern University''''''''''''''''s Feinberg School of Medicine, as saying.

"If a teenager had a seizure and died, that would not commonly be due to Kawasaki disease," the expert added.

Tom Cruise may be sued for copying Hitlers globe in Valkyrie

American actor Tom Cruise could end up being sued by a San Francisco advertising executive for using a replica of Adolf Hitler''''s globe in his movie “Valkyrie”.

Robert Pritikin owns several of Hitler’s artefacts, including the notorious globe, which the Fuehrer used to plan U-boat attacks from his compound in the Bavarian Alps.

John Travoltas 16yr-old son dies in bath

Oscar-winning Hollywood star John Travolta’s 16-year-old son, Jett, has passed away.

The boy, who was plagued by fits, was found dead in a bathtub.

Jett was staying with his father, mother Kelly Preston, and eight-year-old sister Ella Bleu at their Bahamas holiday home.

According to reports, he fell ill and hit his head.

He was rushed to hospital in Freeport from the Old Bahama Bay Resort on Grand Bahama island, but he was dead on arrival.

It was a caretaker who found Jett unconscious in the bathroom at 11.40am, say reports.

Hollywood actor Eddie Murphy has denied claims stating that he will be taking up the role of ‘Riddler’ in the new Batman flick.

A representative for Eddie Murphy rebuffed the claims stating that the actor will not take on the role.

The representative said the claims were ‘not true’, reports Contactmusic.

A British tabloid had earlier stated that Murphy would be seen as The Riddler alongside Shia LaBeouf as Robin in the new flick, tentatively called ‘Gotham’.
